1. Role Objective
Redefine traditional software development by leveraging Vibe Coding and the Agentic AI ecosystem.
This role goes beyond writing code — you will focus on designing, orchestrating, and optimizing Autonomous AI Agents to build products at breakthrough speed, while ensuring scalability, flexibility, and system robustness.
2. Key Responsibilities
Build Agentic AI Systems
- Design and implement workflows powered by AI Agents to automate complex business problems across content, data, and operations
Apply Vibe Coding Workflow
- Utilize next-gen development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.) for intent-driven development
- Focus on defining logic, structure, and output quality instead of manual line-by-line coding
Optimize Development Efficiency
- Develop internal tools/AI agents to significantly reduce time-to-market
- Drive exponential productivity improvements compared to traditional development approaches
Integration & Quality Assurance
- Oversee AI-generated code processes, perform testing, and refine prompts/logic
- Ensure system stability, security, and alignment with company architecture
3. Requirements
Product & Architectural Thinking
- Ability to think in systems and define clear vibes (logic flows & data structures) for AI execution
Experience with Agentic Frameworks
- Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar)
- Strong understanding of RAG, tool usage (function calling), and memory in AI agents
AI Orchestration Skills
- Advanced prompt engineering skills
- Ability to read, debug, and validate AI-generated code across multiple languages (preferably Python, TypeScript)
Adaptability & Innovation Mindset
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adopt emerging AI tools
- Open to rethinking traditional workflows to maximize efficiency.
