The Transformation Excellence Manager is responsible for driving strategic transformation initiatives within the Agency Division, ensuring consistency, transparency and efficiency across all transformation projects. This role manages the transformation portfolio, provides governance and reporting oversight and ensures that all initiatives align with the organization's strategic objectives and KPIs. The position acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, coaching and mentoring teams to achieve transformation excellence.

Job Responsibilities
Project management & delivery
Develop detailed implementation plans for transformation initiatives.
Define clear milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Ensure projects follow established methodologies and standards.
Monitor project health and intervene when necessary to ensure successful delivery.
Define and track value realization metrics for projects
Identify and engage key stakeholders across company then develop and execute stakeholder communication plans
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and remove blockers for project teams.
Validate that project deliverables document meets business requirements and quality standards.
Maintain a centralized risk register and issue log for the Agency Division
Conduct post-implementation reviews to validate benefit achievement
Support the development of business cases for transformation initiatives
Transformation Governance
Support to establishandmaintaintransformationgovernanceframeworksandprocesses.
Support to perform the quality assurance over the implementation of project reporting, risk management, change and control processes in line with the standards where required
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure transformation success and progress.
Ensure timely escalation and resolution of identified critical issues.
Maintain initiative charters, stage gates, and exit criteria tied to measurable outcomes.
