Position Purpose:

This position is responsible for managing & Deploy training activities to the insurance agency force in the responsible area, support

Training Domain Head in human resource management

This position is responsible for managing & implementing training activities to the insurance agent force in the area in charge,

supporting Agency Training Territory Head in personnel management.

Scope of work:

1. Support the supervision of training activities in the assigned area:

- Support the supervision of training activities of a number of trainers to reduce the workload for the Training Domain Head to

help support some regions better, coordinate effectively with the parties

- Support the Training Domain Head to plan training and supervise all team activities

- Support the Training Domain Head to evaluate training activities. Monitor the team's implementation plan to ensure compliance with the proposed plan and achieve quality.

- Develop, monitor, and enhance the performance and work efficiency of associate trainers

2. Training:

- Directly train training programs from basic to advanced

3. Business support (participate in fieldwork):

- Check and urge consultants to apply the knowledge and skills they have been trained to on the job

to achieve the highest sales.

- Coordinate with sales staff/general agent office directors to agree on effective and appropriate support activities

for consultants to achieve their business goals business

4. Consulting on training:

- Consulting on training solutions for the business development department on improving knowledge and skills for the consulting force

v Managing consultants in the area in charge. Other tasks/projects assigned by Management levels

5. Employee development:

- Support Management in training, coaching, evaluating, and developing new employees of the region.

- Participate in training, training, evaluating, and developing new employees of the region.

6. Manage and develop projects in the region: - Participate in projects as a coordinator and implementer. Support lecturers in the region to effectively implement projects across the region 7. Other tasks/projects assigned by Management levels

Requirements:

Qualifications:

. Graduated from University or higher. Major in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ Pedagogy, Banking Finance.

. At least 6 years of teaching/training experience

Knowledge and skills:

. Knowledge of finance, investment, insurance

. Good English communication skills

. Fluent and confident presentation skills

. Communication and media abilities

. Teamwork skills
