This position is responsible for
+ Building training programs for managers and developing sales teams according to Prudential VN's strategy to achieve the Company's business goals.
+ Building and developing processes and programs, conducting periodic assessments to improve the professional capacity of trainers training, aiming to achieve assigned training indicators (KPI) and business.

Role & Responsibilities:

Compliance process of the Training and Development Department (SOP).
  • Communication: Participate in communicating training programs to the dealer force
  • Teach class: Take class when proposed by the Line Manager
  • Storage & Update existing training programs
  • Organize training events
  • Participate in projects with other departments
  • Perform other tasks/projects assigned by Management Levels.
  • Requirements:

    Graduate University degree in the field of Life Insurance, Business, Law, Training Management or Economics

    - Experience: 2-3 years of experience designing training programs

    - Knowledge: Knowledge of Life Insurance, Training Activities, Sales, Marketing

    - Skills:

    Communication and communication skills good

    Good analytical skills

    Good computer skills (Excel, Word v Power point)

    skills in planning and achieving goals
