About the Role

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Agency Planning & Performance Acceleration, Specialist who is responsible for
- Involving in core compensation/financing scheme designs to drive agency force behavior, go to market and monitoring.
- Taking part in agency planning, goal setting, KPIs setting and monitoring.
- Deeply understanding in business insight to support Agency planning strategy beside support the management in decision making.
- Involving Agency projects/Agency Transformation, play as project team member role with quality and provide insights of business.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core compensation/Financing scheme management
- Collaborate with stakeholders in designing core compensation/Financing scheme to drive agent and leader behavior.
- Design transition/communication plans, involve in system enhancement to ensure successfully go to market.
- Monitoring and making continuous enhancements.
Agency Business & Target planning
- Planning for 1-3years growth and define KPIs to help business achievement, propose quick win and long-term business solutions.
- Business forecast
- Collaborate with sale teams to bring strategy to life, help sale team to develop their strategic directions & optimization process, work closely with them for a successful delivery target and quality control.
Agency Performance Analytics & Business review
- Manage/develop insightful dashboard review to support business in monitoring performance and making decision.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure preventive and corrective actions are on tracking and planning.
- Support line manager on strengthen awareness and engagement on strategic initiatives/activities among sale head (RH/DOA) frequency as well as to ensure they are running business to be aligned with Agency's strategy.
- Support line manager to translate data customer/agency behavior to actionable insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies and communicate clearly and effectively to business leaders.
- Group reporting management.
Transformation support /Project Management
- Play as the role of projection team member, support stakeholders for discussion and alignment, support to provide insights and confidently influence others for successful execution.
- Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Finance, Business Administration, Banking, Data Analytics, Business Statistics or IT.
- At least 5-year working experience
- At least 3-year experience in relevant fields (Life Insurance, Finance, Banking, Business / Data Analytics, Strategic Planning)
- Working experience in Life Insurance is preferred
- Working experience on Planning, Strategy, Transformation projects is an advantage
- Leadership essentials: Collaborative Challenger, Curious learner, Determined business driver
- Database knowledge and skills (Excel at proficient level, SQL at basic level, Power BI)
- Strong analytics thinking and data processing skills, problem-solving skills
