Agency Partnership Operation Specialist - Live Streaming Industry

About the Role
We are looking for a BD Operations Specialist to support business growth by expanding agency partnerships, creator and streamer networks, and user acquisition initiatives within the digital entertainment industry.
This role is ideal for someone with strong business development, partnership acquisition, and relationship management skills who enjoys identifying new opportunities and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, prospect, and acquire new agency partners to expand the creator and streamer ecosystem.
2. Develop and execute agency acquisition strategies, including lead generation, business negotiation, onboarding, and partnership development.
3. Support creator, streamer, and user acquisition by working closely with agencies and external partners.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with newly onboarded partners and support their growth and performance.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve acquisition strategies, onboarding processes, and overall business performance.
6. Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and continuously expand the agency and user acquisition pipeline.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, partnership acquisition, channel development, or user growth.
3. Proven experience in new partner acquisition, business development, or growth-related roles.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and execution skills with a results-oriented mindset.
5. Experience in live streaming, social platforms, MCN, content creator, gaming, channel sales, or other partnership-driven industries is preferred.
6. Strong business development and partner acquisition skills, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
