Position Summary
- The Agency Operations & Digital Content Supervisor will act as a liaison between back-office operations and the front-line agency. This position exists to streamline agency management through accurate reporting and cross-departmental coordination, while simultaneously providing Sales Agents with high-impact visual designs, social media content, and internal communication materials.
- Boost the digital presence and engagement of Sales Agent by providing social media content, visual designs and sales materials.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, Compliance, and external vendors.
- Ensure timely, accurate data analysis and reporting to keep management informed and support strategic agency operations.
Main Responsibility
- Provide hands-on support and execute operational projects aimed at empowering and transforming Agency force.
- Actively participate in planning, organizing, and executing various events, workshops, and joint activities for the Agency channel.
- Collaborate and coordinate closely with different internal departments to ensure all joint channel activities are executed flawlessly.
- Implement dedicated branding and promotional activities specifically tailored for individual Agents and General Agency (GA) offices to boost their digital presence.
- Manage and curate digital content, design Key Visuals (KV), and create video materials while overseeing relevant communication pages/channels.
Qualification and Experience Requiremen
- tBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related fields
- .2+ years of experience in digital transformation, sales operations, or digital marketing
- .Experience in insurance, financial services, FMCG, e-commerce, or digital platform businesses is preferred
- .Exposure to online sales models, social commerce, livestream selling, affiliate marketing, or creator economy ecosystems is a plus
- .Proficiency in digital content creation, KV design, video editing, and social media page management. Strong Microsoft Office skills (advanced PowerPoint, report-level Excel) with a basic understanding of PowerBI
- .Excellent communication skills, event organization experience, public speaking experience
- .Agile, quick learner, and highly resilient under pressure. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
