Design and implement a regular emulation plan for the sales team (Traditional Channels and PRUVenture Channels) to ensure the sales force is appropriately motivated and rewarded, helping to promote KPIs and company strategies

  • Apply statistical and actionable data modeling methods to improve agent productivity and revenue across both Ton Time (PRUVenture) and Part Time (Traditional) channels, including recruiting initiatives, incentive trips, and short-term contests.

  • Use data analytics to identify business opportunities v optimize strategic planning, including customer service campaigns to drive new sales.

  • Identify business opportunities through data analysis to improve business planning effectiveness

  • Coordinate with other stakeholders (Corporate Communications Department, Management Information Systems Department, Marketing keting,...) to manage and implement emulation programs for effective communication

  • Develop and deploy internal processes to ensure compliance with governance standards and legal framework

  • Monitor the effectiveness of Dealer sales activities to ensure cost effectiveness and propose more effective implementation measures to reduce costs fees.

  • Resolving complaints (if any)

  • Other tasks assigned by management (if any)
