The Business Development Support position will be responsible for supporting the Sales Management team to achieve the Company's business goals.Job Responsibilities / Scope of work
1. Update the personnel allocation structure through Memo monthly or when there are changes.
2. Manage the region's budget.
3. Check the business travel registration schedule of the regional Sales Management team before approval by the Regional Business Development Director.
4. Check the consideration list to submit to Management for approval. Transfer the approved review list to relevant parties
to conduct the review process for the business team.
5. Prepare business reports as requested by Regional Sales Directors.
6. Support regional business leaders in organizing seminars, group meetings and other administrative tasks.
7. Other tasks/projects assigned by Management levels.
