1. Extract, manage and analyze sales data to support Line Manager design and optimize compensation scheme for Agency channel to achieve business strategic objectivesResponsibilities
All producer compensation & regular scheme-based program: design/ simulation, memo/ T&C, accrual, costing, system rules, manual/ digital tracking & appeal analysis Simulate commission credit impact on overall scheme designs for new products/ riders Full time agent bridging for producer item: design/simulation, memo/T&C, accrual, costing, system, tracking and appeal analysis Annual Compensation Review & Proposal for producer Structural income analysis for Producer role (ad-hoc) Any other tasks assigned
