Agency Compensation Senior Specialist

1. Extract, manage and analyze sales data to support Line Manager design and optimize compensation scheme for Agency channel to achieve business strategic objectives
2. Consolidate compensation appeal cases
3. Support Line Manager in budget planning and forecasting and prepare periodic reports on budget tracking for Line Manager and Head of department
4. Prepare MAPA monitoring plan documents aligning with key stakeholders and get endorsement from Line Manager
5. Any other tasks assigned

Responsibilities

All producer compensation & regular scheme-based program: design/ simulation, memo/ T&C, accrual, costing, system rules, manual/ digital tracking & appeal analysis Simulate commission credit impact on overall scheme designs for new products/ riders Full time agent bridging for producer item: design/simulation, memo/T&C, accrual, costing, system, tracking and appeal analysis Annual Compensation Review & Proposal for producer Structural income analysis for Producer role (ad-hoc) Any other tasks assigned

Essential requirements

• High degree of attention to detail with analytical skills when working with large amounts of complex data, sales projection worksheet.
• Good at communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and ability to work in fast-pace environment
• Knowledge in Insurance/Banking Distribution incentive/compensation is preferable

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, Banking or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in Insurance or Banking & Finance sectors
• Proficient in business intelligence tools (Python/SQL…) and dashboards
