To act as the strategic architect and primary commercial driver of Prudential's Agency Campaigns and Agent Value Proposition (AVP).
This leadership role aims to:
- Accelerate monthly sales momentum
- Expand agency force through high-impact, data-driven initiatives
- Design compelling campaign narratives
- Strengthen agent engagement
- Solidify Prudential's competitive position in both insurance and talent markets
Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc
Scope 1: Strategic Campaign Architecture & Planning
- Develop agency campaign strategy aligned with business priorities
- Design campaign mechanics (objectives, target segments, timelines, KPIs)
- Build strong campaign narratives to activate frontline sales
- Ensure scalability across regions
Scope 2: Campaign Execution & Cross-functional Leadership
- Lead end-to-end execution of nationwide campaigns
- Coordinate with Distribution, Product, Marketing, Operations
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks
- Resolve bottlenecks to maintain sales momentum
Scope 3: Agent Value Proposition (AVP) & Recruitment
- Define and strengthen AVP as a recruitment driver
- Translate AVP into incentives, benefits, and messaging
- Align AVP with compensation, recognition, and activation programs
- Support recruitment of high-quality agents
Scope 4: Performance Analytics & Optimization
- Track campaign performance monthly across regions
- Extract insights from field and market feedback
- Optimize campaigns based on data and outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement in sales & recruitment KPIs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience
- 5-7+ years in campaign management, sales enablement, or marketing
- Proven track record in large-scale sales initiatives
