Job Overview

VinFast is seeking a Aftersales Training Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of aftersales training programs for international markets. This role is responsible for building a structured training framework that ensures service quality, technical capability, and brand consistency across VinFast's global aftersales network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the overall aftersales training strategy for overseas markets in alignment with VinFast's global expansion plans.

  • Build annual and long-term training plans, including roadmap, priorities, and resource allocation.

  • Oversee the design and implementation of training programs covering service standards, processes, and technical knowledge.

  • Ensure consistency and quality of aftersales training across international markets while adapting to local requirements.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align training content with product updates, service policies, and operational needs.

  • Manage training performance through KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to training teams and related stakeholders.

  • Work closely with overseas markets, partners, and internal teams to ensure effective training deployment.

  • Identify training gaps and propose solutions to improve service capability and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.



Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Vietnamese nationality.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Automotive, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in training, aftersales, or related functions.

  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and aftersales operations.

  • Proven experience in planning and managing training programs at a strategic level.

  • Good command of English (spoken and written), able to work in an international environment.
