VinFast is seeking a Aftersales Training Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of aftersales training programs for international markets. This role is responsible for building a structured training framework that ensures service quality, technical capability, and brand consistency across VinFast's global aftersales network.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the overall aftersales training strategy for overseas markets in alignment with VinFast's global expansion plans.
Build annual and long-term training plans, including roadmap, priorities, and resource allocation.
Oversee the design and implementation of training programs covering service standards, processes, and technical knowledge.
Ensure consistency and quality of aftersales training across international markets while adapting to local requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align training content with product updates, service policies, and operational needs.
Manage training performance through KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to training teams and related stakeholders.
Work closely with overseas markets, partners, and internal teams to ensure effective training deployment.
Identify training gaps and propose solutions to improve service capability and customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
Vietnamese nationality.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Automotive, or related fields.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in training, aftersales, or related functions.
Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and aftersales operations.
Proven experience in planning and managing training programs at a strategic level.
Good command of English (spoken and written), able to work in an international environment.
Strong holistic and strategic mindset, with the ability to see the big picture.
Excellent planning, organization, and work management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented.

Experience working in foreign or multinational companies.
