Plan and implement technical training strategies for global after-sales service operations.
Develop training content in local languages and ensure quality control of all training materials.
Deliver online and/or in-person training sessions for dealers and third-party partners.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, competency assessments, and KPIs.
Organize certification exams and skill assessments for technical staff and partners.
Conduct periodic audits and post-training evaluations to ensure compliance and quality standards at dealer/partner level.
Collaborate with internal teams to update training programs based on new technologies and service requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in technical training or after-sales service, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic tools.
Experience in curriculum development and training delivery (both online and offline).
Excellent communication and presentation skills
English fluency required.
