Key responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and monitor global after-sales service programs (MBS, MBC, Valet, etc.) to ensure consistency and quality across all regions.
- Identify and negotiate partnerships for EV charging services in North America and Europe; propose collaboration models to enhance customer convenience.
- Develop and control timelines for corrective action programs and recall campaigns in each market, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of global service initiatives.
- Prepare periodic reports on service performance, partner engagement, and campaign progress for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 57 years of experience in after-sales service management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of global service operations and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in partnership development and negotiation.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- English fluency required.
