Job Description

Service Center Acceptance & Evaluation

  • Develop plans and carry out the monthly acceptance and evaluation of service centers operated by dealers and partners, based on VinFast standards and the expansion roadmap.

Periodic Service Quality Evaluation

  • Analyze and build standard processes, checklists, and KPIs for periodic (monthly/quarterly) service quality evaluations according to VinFast standards for service centers.
  • Plan and conduct monthly/quarterly evaluations of service quality based on VinFast criteria.
  • Analyze results, propose improvement plans and requirements, and follow up on progress to ensure KPIs are met.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with electric vehicle brands or major automotive brands.
  • Experience in service quality evaluation is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English
  • Willing to travel for business
