Develop plans and carry out the monthly acceptance and evaluation of service centers operated by dealers and partners, based on VinFast standards and the expansion roadmap.
Periodic Service Quality Evaluation
Analyze and build standard processes, checklists, and KPIs for periodic (monthly/quarterly) service quality evaluations according to VinFast standards for service centers.
Plan and conduct monthly/quarterly evaluations of service quality based on VinFast criteria.
Analyze results, propose improvement plans and requirements, and follow up on progress to ensure KPIs are met.
Requirements
Over 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with electric vehicle brands or major automotive brands.
Experience in service quality evaluation is an advantage.
Proficient in English
