Overview:

The Aftersales Policy & Standards Management is responsible for leading the development and implementation of aftersales policies and standards to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence. This role plays a key part in enhancing the customer experience and driving aftersales business growth across the network.

Responsibilities:

1. Aftersales Policy & Standards Management:

  • Develop and implement global aftersales policies and standards across the network.
  • Evaluate policy effectiveness and propose improvements aligned with operational strategies and business direction.

2. Service KPI Management:

  • Develop and define service operational KPIs for each market/region.
  • Allocate KPIs to relevant stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report KPI performance on a periodic basis.

3. Pricing Strategy (Spare Parts & Accessories):

  • Develop and manage global pricing policies for spare parts and accessories.
  • Regularly review and evaluate pricing effectiveness and propose adjustments.
  • Calculate and define wholesale pricing for distributors/dealers and retail pricing for end customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Automotive, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aftersales/service operations in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of service operations, KPI management, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Good command of English is preferred.
