About the RoleOur client is a joint venture dedicated to accelerating Vietnam's energy transition through an end-to-end electric two-wheeler (E2W) mobility solution, backed by leading international partners. They are building a seamless consumer experience powered by an integrated digital ecosystem.
We're looking for an Aftersales Operations Manager to build and lead the company's aftersales service capability in Vietnam from the ground up - spanning service network development, vehicle and parts logistics, inventory management, service process design, and customer issue resolution.
This is a critical, highly cross-functional role working closely with Business Development, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, OEM partners, workshop partners, and external service providers to build a strong aftersales ecosystem for EV and battery-swapping operations.
What You'll DoService & Maintenance Network Development
- Lead the exploration, assessment, selection, and onboarding of service and maintenance partners
- Develop a scalable workshop network model (chain workshops, independent workshops, Bike Points, and other partners)
- Define partner selection criteria and support commercial negotiations (scope, pricing, SLA, incentives)
- Build a phased network rollout plan for pilot, commercial launch, and expansion
Aftersales Operations
- Design and implement the end-to-end service process: booking, inspection, repair, warranty handling, complaint management, escalation
- Establish service standards, SOPs, and quality control mechanisms
- Monitor performance (turnaround time, first-time-fix rate, CSAT, complaint resolution)
- Build hotline processes, escalation workflows, and customer service scripts
Vehicle & Parts Logistics
- Manage vehicle and spare parts logistics from OEM/vendor to storage, workshops, and end users
- Coordinate import, customs, warehousing, and delivery processes
- Align logistics flow with deployment plans and business launch timelines
Spare Parts & Inventory Management
- Build spare parts planning: stock levels, reorder points, safety stock, replenishment
- Monitor consumption, availability, aging, and shortage risks
- Ensure inventory control and cost tracking with Finance and Supply Chain
Warranty, Technical Support & Quality Feedback
- Support warranty policy development with OEM partners
- Manage warranty claims, documentation, and settlement
- Analyze technical issues and quality feedback; drive continuous improvement with OEM and internal teams
Partner Management & Capability Building
- Develop training and certification programs for workshop partners and technicians
- Conduct partner performance reviews and support contract negotiations
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive, or related field
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in automotive, motorcycle, EV, mobility, aftersales, workshop operations, spare parts, logistics, or supply chain
- Proven experience building service/maintenance network operations — ideally in two-wheeler, automotive, EV, or mobility
- Hands-on experience with vehicle/parts planning, inventory management, vendor coordination, and logistics
- Experience working with dealers, workshops, OEMs, or third-party logistics providers
- Strong project management skills — able to build processes from zero to one
- Strong commercial sense; able to assess partner capability, cost structure, and service models
- Fluent English communication
Nice to have:
- Experience in E2W, e-mobility, or new energy vehicle business
- Existing network with motorcycle workshops, service chains, dealers, or logistics providers in Vietnam
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with ambiguity and fast pace
- Willingness to travel to workshops and be hands-on in the field
