Job Description

We are presenting a European HQ based company in the field of automotive sector to appoint Aftermarket Sales Manager in Vietnam. This role reports to regional SEA manager and it is an independent contributor role.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying aftermarket 2W & 4W business opportunities in Vietnam to develop commercial strategies and execution plans, leading the local commercial organization to implement the plans and deliver the results.

Main Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Assist to establish the overall sales strategy for the given geographic region, product line, and/or specific channels assigned, and the implementation of these strategies on a day-to-day basis.

Sales Volume: Meet sales volume targets for the given geographic region, product line, and/or specific channels assigned.

Sales EBIT: Meet the EBIT targets for the given geographic region, product line, and/or specific channels assigned.

Payment Collections: Ensure on time payments from the customers under the assigned geographic region, product line, and/or specific channels.

Expert/Training: Conduct basic training sessions in the geographic region assigned. Assist in conduct in-depth training with the product team when required

Store Visits: Visiting of all stores and outlets products in the given geographic region, product line, and/or specific channels assigned.

Warranty: Assist the product team to communicate, curate, filter, and resolve all warranty issues on a case-by-case basis within the given geographic region, product line, and/or specific channels assigned.

Events & Fairs: Assisting in the preparation of Events and Fairs. Host and attend events and fairs within the given geographic region, product line and/or specific channels assigned.

Local Marketing & Promotional Activities: close coordination with all relevant functions and customers, ensure sufficient support on customer marketing activities, and in compliance of management process and effectiveness of utilization.

Meetings & Communications: Attend all required regular team meetings. Ensuring all internal and external communications are addressed in a prompt manner.

Act on behalf of aftermarket local ambassador to customers and industry.

Qualification

BS degree in business and engineering combined.

Minimum 3-5 years experience in automotive aftermarket industry Deep understanding in the automotive aftermarket, especially in brake system segment. Knowledge of motorbike and upgrade (tuning) products will be a big plus.

Good communication skills both oral and written.

Teamwork spirit. Track record in good collaborations with various supporting functions opportunities for growth and improvement.

Sales Budget Management, Business planning and development, and execute sales budgets, driving revenue growth while optimizing cost efficiencies to maximize profitability.

Knowledge in marketing is a plus Familiar with iMS Office applications (word, excel, power point)

Language: Fluent English speaker, knowledge or mastering of additional local languages

Travel: Has the necessary flexibility to travel as needed
