Job Overview

VinFast is seeking an After-Sales Operations Manager to oversee and optimize after-sales operations across key overseas markets, including Indonesia, India, the Philippines, and other international markets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in VinFast's global expansion journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee after-sales operations across assigned overseas markets, ensuring alignment with VinFast's global standards and strategies.

  • Coordinate with local distributors, service partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of service networks, spare parts supply, warranty, and technical support.

  • Monitor and improve service KPIs, customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational performance in each market.

  • Support the setup and scaling of after-sales infrastructure (service centers, processes, systems, training) in new and developing markets.

  • Act as the main liaison between overseas markets and Vietnam headquarters for all after-sales operational matters.

  • Identify operational risks, issues, and gaps; propose and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Conduct frequent overseas business trips to audit operations, support market launches, and resolve on-site issues.

Prepare operational reports, insights, and recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

  • Vietnamese nationality is required.

  • Strong English proficiency (spoken and written); able to work confidently in an international environment.

  • Willing and able to travel overseas frequently (high travel intensity).

  • Proven experience in after-sales operations, service operations, or customer service management.

  • Experience in the automotive industry (after-sales/service) is a strong advantage.

  • Solid understanding of after-sales processes: service operations, warranty, spare parts, dealer/service network management.

  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

  • High adaptability, resilience, and ability to work effectively in fast-paced, emerging markets.
