RESPONSIBILITIES
Affiliate & Partner Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage strong relationships with affiliate partners, networks, publishers, and media partners across multiple verticals.
- Continuously expand and strengthen the affiliate ecosystem to drive scalable campaign growth.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end performance marketing and affiliate campaigns across verticals such as E-commerce, Gaming, BFSI, and other digital segments.
- Work extensively on CPA, CPI, and CPR-based models, ensuring efficient execution and consistent delivery.
Client Management & Servicing
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into effective campaign strategies.
- Maintain strong client relationships by delivering performance-driven results and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics and KPIs to maximize ROI.
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities and recommend improvements to enhance campaign outcomes.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own and drive revenue targets by upselling and cross-selling relevant campaigns and solutions.
- Contribute to business growth through strategic account expansion and long-term client partnerships.
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Share actionable insights, trends, and recommendations based on data analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
- 34 years of proven experiencein Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Agency Sales.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of CPA, CPI, and CPR models, along with a solid understanding of the digital campaign lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to manage clients, meet performance KPIs, and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (English proficiency required).
- Strong analytical skills with a performance- and optimization-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
