As part of our Affiliate Marketing team, you will support key operational and communications tasks including:

1. KOC Recruitment:

• Source and approach potential KOCs to join campaigns
• Assist in building and maintaining a KOC database

2. Admin Support:

• Track and update campaign documents, contracts, and reports
• Support with backend paperwork and internal processes

3. KOC Hotline Management:

• Act as the first point of contact for KOCs via hotline or chat
• Answer queries, solve minor issues, and escalate when needed

You'll work under the guidance of experienced professionals and get a deep look into how affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns are executed in a top-tier agency.

Who We're Looking For

• University students or recent graduates (Marketing, Communications, Business preferred)
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and basic admin tools
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
• Interest or basic knowledge in influencer/KOC marketing is a plus
