AIRR Labs is a fast-growing E-commerce & Social Commerce enabler in Southeast Asia, helping brands accelerate growth across online platforms. Alongside serving brands, AIRR Labs is expanding into an MCN model, building and scaling creator-led affiliate ecosystems on TikTok.
This role plays a critical part in shaping and leading AIRR Labs affiliate & creator growth engine.
About the Role:
As Affiliate Management Lead, you will own the strategy, execution, and scaling of AIRR Labs affiliate ecosystem. You will build and manage a strong network of creators, affiliates, and partners while designing scalable processes, optimizing performance, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands affiliate marketing, creator economics, and social commerce growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Affiliate Network Development
- Establish, grow, and manage a high-performing affiliate network with TikTok creators, Shopee partners, and strategic affiliates.
- Design and implement scalable processes for affiliate recruitment, onboarding, activation, and performance tracking.
- Build long-term affiliate growth strategies aligned with AIRR Labs MCN and commercial goals.
Creator & Partner Management
- Identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with creators, influencers, startups, and affiliate partners.
- Serve as a trusted partner to creators by providing guidance, tools, and best practices to maximize performance and earnings.
- Develop incentive structures, commission models, and engagement programs to retain and motivate top affiliates.
Performance & Growth
- Own affiliate KPIs including GMV, revenue, ROI, conversion rate, and creator productivity.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize strategies to drive growth.
- Experiment with new affiliate models, content approaches, and growth levers to accelerate MCN expansion.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Creative, Media, Commercial, and Account teams to align content, media execution, and commercial objectives.
- Share insights, best practices, and performance reports with leadership to support data-driven decisions.
- Contribute to shaping AIRR Labs overall Social Commerce and MCN strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Social Commerce, or MCN-related roles.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and creator-driven commerce models.
- Proven experience in building and scaling affiliate or creator networks.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset; comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Leadership experience or readiness to lead and grow a team is a plus.
