Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing company operating in the medical equipment industry, specializing in medical aesthetics, dermatology, and plastic surgery solutions.

The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's portfolio of medical aesthetic, dermatological, and plastic surgery products. This role requires a consultative, relationship-driven sales approach, working closely with doctors, clinics, and hospitals to drive business growth and deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and present medical devices and solutions to healthcare professionals (doctors, clinics, hospitals)
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within assigned territories
  • Conduct product consultations, demonstrations, and training sessions for HCPs
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors, clinics, and key decision-makers
  • Update sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline information accurately in the CRM system
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Support company initiatives such as workshops, conferences, exhibitions, and product launches
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Travel regularly within the assigned territory for client meetings and business development

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • 23 years of sales experience, preferably in: Medical devices, Pharmaceuticals, Aesthetic / dermatology-related products
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Intermediate English skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a consultative sales approach
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, training sessions, and industry events
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • High standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism
