AESTHETIC APPLICATION ENGINEER

The Aesthetics Technology Center is part of the Product R&D Center, primarily engaged in color technology development and research. The current 50-member team is located in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin, Wuhan, Chengdu, the United States, Germany, India, and Vietnam. Aesthetics technology work closely collaborates with the design and engineering teams of major companies.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize color formulations; analyze client requirements and deliver tailored aesthetic solutions; support sales teams throughout the product lifecycle; maintain technical knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1. Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields with a solid academic foundation

2. Possess strong English and communication skills; Chinese is an advantage

3. Possess clear thinking, a proactive attitude, and strong communication and teamwork skills;

4. Demonstrate strong execution capabilities, resilience under pressure, and a high capacity for learning.

Working Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating shifts once per week.

Employees work 5 days and have 2 days off.
