In this role, you will be instrumental in the Attribute Department, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.
- Technical leader responsible to jointly work with ESPs to guarantee that the Aero Dynamics development and validation activities will meet the expected performance, quality, timing and cost targets
- To lead regular review sessions with ESPs to jointly elaborate the virtual and physical design proposals and respective action plans by preforming the root cause analysis and providing technical solutions for problems mitigation as required
- To weekly report to Program Attributes Manager informing the Aero Dynamics development and validation progress and escalate critical hard points where higher leadership help and support would be required
Requirements
Education/ Professional knowledge:
- Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer or equivalent work experience (5+ years) with solid knowledge in Electric
- Aero Dynamics Fundamentals, CFD techniques, and Wind Tunnel testing
- Project Management fundamentals would be highly appreciated
Skill, Experience
- Solid experience in developing Aero Dynamics Management strategies and able to provide optimized technical solutions for Electric Vehicle applications
- Experience in reducing drag and wind noise, minimizing noise emissions, and preventing undesired lift forces other causes of aerodynamic instability at high speeds
- Design and develop new Electric Vehicles geometries and control surface shapes to meet Aero Dynamics efficiency with a heavy emphasis on 3D CAD and CFD tools
- Experienced with competitors bench marking activities
- Solid experience in physical Aero Dynamics vehicle testing (Wind Tunnel) and reporting

- Domain of engineering fundamentals of Vehicle systems (EVs)
- Supplier development with strategic cooperation to support development/validation activities
- Skilled for Problem solving, analytical thinking and presenting result-oriented behavior
- Attention to detail and able to manage more than one task at a time.
- Assertive and presenting very good analytical skills.
- Discretion in dealing with confidential/sensitive information.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
