Job Description

1. Ads Performance Planning

- Build up the digital media plan as a solution for the platform's initiatives.

- Daily planning budget and tasks to deliver on time with acceptable result/ outcome.

2. Ads Performance Execution

- Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CR, AOV, CPA, ROAS, GMV) and take corrective action to hit targets.

- Conduct A/B testing (creative, targeting, offer) to scale winners.

- Optimize budget allocation across channels to ensure maximum ROI.

- Analyze past campaign performance to refine budget allocation, targeting, and creative strategy.

3. Advanced Analytics & Reporting

- Maintain end-to-end dashboards using tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Tiktok Partner Center,... to consolidate campaign, channel, and product performance data.

- Develop and update ads performance plan dashboards that track key business metrics such as revenue targets, cost efficiency, sales by category/creator, profit margins, and product performance.

- Provide in-depth campaign performance reports, including trend analysis, channel effectiveness, and predictive insights.

- Regularly conduct funnel and cohort analyses to identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention.

- Share actionable insights across teams to inform marketing, content, and commercial strategies.

4. Marketplace Commercial Optimization

- Lead performance reviews across eCommerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.) and identify commercial opportunities to boost GMV and profit margins.

- Monitor key commercial metrics: customer acquisition cost (CAC), repeat rate, average order value (AOV), and ROI per product line.

5. Creator & Affiliate Commercial Intelligence

Analyze ROI of creator and affiliate campaigns; optimize tiering, commission structures, and content formats.

Use attribution data and A/B testing to maximize paid push effectiveness and content impact.

Evaluate the business contribution of creators and suggest performance-based partnership models.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Insights Sharing

Partner closely with the account, livestream, project teams, admin & finance to provide commercial insights that guide go-to-market decisions.

Standardize campaign performance reviews and ensure cross-team alignment with data-backed strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years in digital performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce or creator-led

brands.

- Strong grasp of Gen Z behavior and content trends on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook,

Threads.

- Proven ability to optimize campaigns (ads, affiliate, KOL) based on performance data.

- Familiar with tools like TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Shopee Ads, and performance dashboards.

- Good time-management and task-management skills
