Role Description

The Admissions Manager will oversee the student admissions process, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for prospective students and families. Key responsibilities include managing inquiries, organizing and conducting admissions events, working closely with parents and staff, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, developing student recruitment strategies, and acting as the main point of contact for new enrollments. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Qualifications

• Admission and Relationship Management: Experience in student admissions, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively build relationships with prospective families.
• Communication and Presentation: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to present information effectively, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Organizational and Analytical Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Marketing and Strategic Planning: Proficiency in developing recruitment strategies, event planning, and experience in using marketing tools.
• Proficiency in relevant technology platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
• Experience working in an educational institution and understanding of school policies is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
