Role Description
As an Admissions Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the admissions process by guiding and assisting prospective customer in applying to our programs. You will handle customer inquiries, provide support during recruitment events or sessions, and maintain accurate records of admissions data. Your responsibilities will also include fostering strong relationships with potential customer, responding promptly to questions, and facilitating customer engagement for our Data Analytics programs. This position offers a structured path toward a full-time role for high-performing interns upon completion of the program, based on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
- Admissions Consulting: Provide professional consultation for Data Analytics courses via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Lead Management: Systematically follow up on prospective learner data generated from marketing campaigns to ensure high conversion rates.
- Information Management: Deliver precise information regarding learning pathways, curriculum content, schedules, and tuition structures.
- Learner Success: Facilitate the enrollment and onboarding process for new students; track learning progress and collect feedback to ensure program excellence.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams to optimize the overall learner experience.
- Data Administration: Maintain and update CRM systems and prepare comprehensive reports on business development activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist and guide prospective students effectively.
- Skills in Sales and Student Recruiting to support admissions and promote programs actively.
- Understanding of the Education sector to align with the organization's values and goals.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented mindset to maintain efficient admissions processes.
- Proficiency in managing data and effectively using relevant tools for student tracking and interaction.
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Business, or Communication, is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is highly desired.
