Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Specialist located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with an option for remote work on certain days. The Administrative Specialist will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining records, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting department operations. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating customer service activities, preparing financial reports, and ensuring efficient office management to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Strong Analytical and Finance skills for managing data, budgets, and preparing financial documents.
  • Experience with Administrative Assistance tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and office coordination is essential.
  • Proficiency in organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or relevant field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with office software, productivity tools, and data organization systems.
