RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Chairwoman in business activities and the development of strategic partnership relations.
  • Participate in welcoming and working with partners, clients, and government agencies as assigned.
  • Prepare documents, files, and reports for meetings, conferences, and key corporate events.
  • Organize the Chairwoman's working schedule and business trips; monitor progress and remind relevant parties of critical deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments in external communications, liaison work, and relationship-building activities.
  • Perform other duties assigned directly by the Chairwoman.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Law and relevant legal regulations is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Secretary/Assistant supporting managerial or executive-level leaders.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong document drafting, analytical, and presentation capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills.
  • Effective time management, ability to work independently, and capacity to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant work-support tools.
  • Professional appearance and clear, articulate communication.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Traits: hardworking, detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly responsible.
