RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Chairwoman in business activities and the development of strategic partnership relations.
- Participate in welcoming and working with partners, clients, and government agencies as assigned.
- Prepare documents, files, and reports for meetings, conferences, and key corporate events.
- Organize the Chairwoman's working schedule and business trips; monitor progress and remind relevant parties of critical deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments in external communications, liaison work, and relationship-building activities.
- Perform other duties assigned directly by the Chairwoman.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Law and relevant legal regulations is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Secretary/Assistant supporting managerial or executive-level leaders.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong document drafting, analytical, and presentation capabilities.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Effective time management, ability to work independently, and capacity to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant work-support tools.
- Professional appearance and clear, articulate communication.
- Willingness to travel when required.
