Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and professional Business Coordinator to support our business operations and expansion in Vietnam. This role serves as a key link between our international team and local partners, ensuring smooth communication, business coordination, and market engagement.

Responsibities

  • Provide accurate English ↔ Vietnamese translation and interpretation during meetings, business discussions, and daily communications.
  • Assist with written translation of business documents, presentations, emails, and reports.
  • Identify and contact potential customers, partners, and business opportunities within the Vietnamese market.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate sales leads and support business growth initiatives.
  • Maintain and update lead databases, contact records, and sales activity reports.
  • Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Gather and provide timely market insights and business information to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and business appointments.
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Support logistics and coordination for business visits, tours, and partner meetings.
  • Accompany business tours, site visits, and meetings to provide real-time translation and communication support.
  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with local stakeholders and business contacts.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between all parties during field activities.

Requirement

  • 6 - 1 year experiences working in sales support, business coordination, customer service, administration, or translation is an advantage.
  • Experience working with international teams or foreign clients is preferred.
  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
  • Confident handling phone conversations and client interactions.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to travel locally and attend off-site meetings, tours, and business visits.
  • Comfortable working in various business and field environments.
  • Capable of managing a full-time schedule that combines administrative coordination and field support activities.
