Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Working time: Mon - Fri

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily administrative and simple clerical tasks to support office operations
  • Assist with document management, filing, and updating internal data systems
  • Support basic payroll and tax-related administrative work efficiently
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain records, documents, and reports accurately
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a clerical or administrative role is required
  • Basic knowledge in administration, payroll, and tax is advantageous
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • English language skills required for basic communication and work purposes
  • Demonstrated carefulness, responsibility, and organizational skills.
