Administration & Finance Operations Manager (Korean)

Job Description

·      Responsible for the overall operation of the Vietnam R&D branch and communication with the Korean headquarters.

·      HR management and workflow standardization

·      Corporate accounting and financial management

·      Monitoring and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

·      Identifying and resolving operational issues, and implementing improvement plans

Required working experience

·      10 – 15 years of experience in the relevant field

·      Experience working at an overseas branch of a Korean headquarters

·      Experience in technology-intensive industries such as electronics, IT, or semiconductors

·      Experience with local labor laws and tax regulations

·      Korean expat

·      Willingness to work long-term in Ho Chi Minh City,

·      No restrictions on overseas travel

Required qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree or above.

Required Languages:

·     Business level communication skills in are required.

Required knowledge and skills

·      Strong execution skills, with the ability to make persuasive proposals based on evidence and drive implementation
