Job Description

The Admin Receptionist serves as the face of the company, responsible for creating the first professional and friendly impression for our clients and partners. The main objective is to ensure all front desk activities and office administrative tasks are performed smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a professional working environment.

1. Front Desk & Guest Reception

  • Welcome and guide clients, partners, and visitors, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
  • Receive and respond to initial inquiries from clients via phone and email.
  • Manage meeting room schedules, and arrange and prepare for meetings as required.
  • Ensure the reception and lobby areas are always kept tidy and clean.

2. Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and documents, and distribute them to the relevant departments.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • A College/University degree is required.

Experience:

-No prior experience is required; fresh graduates who are eager to develop a career in administration are welcome to apply.

3. Skills & Qualifications:

-Languages:Basic communication skills in both English and Korean.

-Office Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with professional calendar and email management skills.

-Communication Skills:Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor.

-Organizational Skills:Detail-oriented, meticulous, and well-organized.

-Personal Attributes:Honest, highly responsible, and a strong team player.
