Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, vendor relationships, equipment maintenance, and facilities.
  • Travel & Scheduling: Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Document Management: Handle paperwork, contracts, and maintain organized office files, databases, and records.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Provide support to the HR department with onboarding processes, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and schedule company events, meetings, and other company activities.
  • Financial Administration: Manage office budgets, track expenses, and assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures.
  • Team Support: Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a PR agency, Media company or similar environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
