ABOUT THE JOB

Job title: Admin Marketing Executive

Report to: Sales Manager

Working location: Thuan Hai Building, Street 24, Tan Thuan EPZ, Tan Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Working schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM, Saturday Morning: 8:15 AM - 12:00 PM.

SUMMARY

The Admin Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in driving sales success by bridging the gap between administrative precision and creative marketing execution. This role is responsible for coordinating online/offline events, managing critical customer data, and developing compelling content to elevate our brand presence. Given the technical nature of our industry, we prioritize candidates with a background in manufacturing or engineering environments who can translate complex processes into effective marketing activities and budget plans.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Data Management

  • Track, update, and consolidate data for potential and existing customers from various channels (Hotline, Website, Fanpage, Email, Events, etc.).
  • Categorize, filter, and distribute lead data to the Sales Department based on specific regions or target industry groups.
  • Monitor customer service and compile weekly/monthly performance reports.

2. Sales Support & Event Organization

  • Coordinate closely with the Sales Department and relevant stakeholders to prepare, organize, and participate in company events, exhibitions, and seminars.
  • Handle event-related administrative tasks: booth registration, preparation of display materials, ...
  • Track event expenses, process payment documents, and prepare detailed post-event reports.

3. Marketing & Communication Support

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to implement internal and external communication campaigns according to approved plans.
  • Monitor the progress of media and advertising activities; update content across Digital channels (Website, Fanpage, etc.).
  • Draft proposals and monitor contracts with partners/vendors. Manage payment documentation and maintain organized vendor files.
  • Inventory and manage Marketing materials (POSM, gifts, brochures, banners, etc.).

4. Reporting & Other Duties

  • Prepare weekly and monthly work progress reports.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

QUALIFICATION

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Marketing or Sales Admin roles. Experience in Manufacturing or Engineering companies is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, digital marketing tools (Google ads, Facebook Business Suite)
  • Language: Competency in English (Communication level).
  • Flexibility: Ability to travel for short-term business trips as required.
