Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Planning and Budgeting:
- Assist in the preparation of annual IT budgets.
- Monitor and track IT department spending against budgetary goals.
- Develop financial models and forecasts for IT projects and initiatives.
Financial Analysis:
- Analyze IT expenditures, including hardware, software, and personnel costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize spending.
- Evaluate the ROI (Return on Investment) for IT projects and initiatives.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present financial reports and performance metrics to IT management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the IT department.
Vendor Management:
- Evaluate vendor contracts and agreements to ensure they are cost-effective.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with IT vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and spending related to IT services and products.
Cost Allocation:
- Allocate IT costs to various business units or departments as necessary.
- Provide cost transparency and chargeback mechanisms to relevant stakeholders.
Project Financial Management:
- Collaborate with project managers to track project expenditures.
- Ensure projects stay within budget and report any financial risks or deviations.
Financial Compliance:
- Ensure IT spending complies with company policies, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
Financial Process Improvement:
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimize financial workflows.
- Implement best practices for financial management within the IT department.
- Other duties as assigned by Line Manager & the Company's management.

Job Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fields; 1–2 years in admin/assistant roles.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP systems and PR/PO processes is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documents, calendars, and meetings effectively.
- Good analytical and attention-to-detail skills with a sound understanding of basic financial and accounting principles.
- Able to coordinate across teams and communicate financial or administrative information clearly.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
