As an Admin Executive, you will contribute to the seamless delivery of advertising projects by supporting critical operational and commercial processes. Working closely with multiple stakeholders, you'll help ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while gaining valuable exposure to the fast-evolving digital marketing landscape. What You Will Do
Collaborate with the team to define the terminology of project liquidation in the advertising industry.
Follow up with the team to obtain comprehensive sales supporting documents (Contracts, Liquidation, Invoice, prepare payment & PO for KOL etc.)
Follow up on project liquidation and payment progress.
Processing a high volume of paperwork orders.
Processing invoices for all sales transactions
Support others tasks if needed
Who You Are
A recognized university degree.
Proficiency in English
Minimum of 1 year of working experience in Sales Admin.
Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
Excellent communication skills
