Coordinate with relevant departments, including Legal, Project, Operations, and Leasing, to prepare and consolidate the required supporting documents in accordance with company procedures.
Manage and follow up on leasing-related documents, including Offer Letters, Customer Code Registration, Deposits, Leasing Agreements, Amendments, Termination Minutes, and other related documents after deal closure.
Follow up with tenants and Mall Managers on the status of leasing contracts, leased locations, and tenant payment status.
Consolidate, validate, and standardize revenue, booking, customer, and advertising data; develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and business performance.
Manage and maintain the centralized advertising and event inventory, including booking status, availability, pricing, and utilization performance.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications
Education: College or University degree.
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
Language: Good command of English; French is a plus.
Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power Query) and PowerPoint; strong data consolidation, analysis, and visualization skills. Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, or other data management/automation tools is an advantage.
Attitude & Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility and organization; good communication and coordination skills.
