Your Job

As an Admin supporting the Engineering Department, you will play a central role in maintaining the department's operational efficiency. This includes managing ITS/SAP data, fixed assets, spare parts and materials, coordinating training activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, and supporting documentation and administrative processes essential for engineering operations.

Our Team

You will join the DSS Engineering team, working closely with development process engineers and collaborating with various crossfunctional departments. The team values accuracy, proactive communication, and adherence to standards in supporting production, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.

What You Will Do

  • Support ITS/SAP setup, data management, and administrative tasks related to fixed assets, components, spare parts, and submaterials for production.
  • Coordinate engineering departmental expenses and ordering activities.
  • Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining work instructions and operational documentation.
  • Lead inventory coordination, including periodic checks and control of engineeringrelated materials.
  • Develop training plans, materials, and assessments while coordinating internal training activities to support departmental development.
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of standards and documentation related to ISO, TS, and CSR requirements.
  • Uphold compliance with 7S, KAIZEN, EHS, Social Responsibility, and company asset protection standards.
  • Contribute to TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S systems through adherence to procedures and participation in improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • College or University degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a workshop or engineering support environment.
  • Proficient in computer applications and ITS/SAP operation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and training delivery skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English.

What Will Put You Ahead


  • Experience in fixed asset management, sparepart control, or production material administration.
  • Familiarity with ISO, TS, CSR, KAIZEN, or TQM systems.
  • Demonstrated experience working crossfunctionally within manufacturing or engineering environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience supporting audits or preparing documentation for compliance standards.
