Administration
The position will handle all admin and procurement tasks as well as assist human resources works as assigned by the Company. Key tasks include:
- Control Company's filing systems, manage tools, and advertisement materials;
- Arrange transportation, accommodation for business trips;
- Manage incoming / outgoing calls / mails, meetings for Executive Director;
- Other clerical works as assigned by the Company;
- Assist in human resources works as assigned by Executive Director and HR Manager.
Procurement
- Carry out and control all purchase works, for example equipment, assets, uniforms, education tools, stationary, souvenir etc.
- Oversee a tracking and identification system for all equipment / assets purchased, including periodic stocktakes and reconciliation of missing items
