We are a Architecture Firm looking for an organized Admin Executive to assist Office Manager manage day-to-day office operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
. Assist and support the Office Manager with Administrative & HR duties such as ISO Audit, System Managements, Submissions, Renewals, Insurances.
. Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
. Attend to incoming calls, letters, and email inquiries.
. Work independently and collaborate effectively
. Able to meet deadlines
. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
. Minimum Diploma
. A fast learner with good working attitude, responsible, punctual, proactive, and service-oriented.
. Good Computer skills esp in Microsoft Office and Google Forms etc.
. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks.
. At least 2 years of working experience in an Administrative role
. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
. Any baisc IT troubleshooting Skills are a plus.
