Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin & Operations Executive based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, and providing executive-level support. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, maintaining records, managing internal communications, assisting with events, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in General Administration and managing office operations
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent Communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
