Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Admin Tasks (40%)

  • Organize and prepare internal company meetings.
  • Manage and process payments for operational expenses (e.g., stationery, rental, outsourced services).
  • Follow up on agreements with suppliers and customers.
  • Book travel arrangements (air tickets, hotels) for staff and managers.
  • Handle other administrative duties as needed.

Accounting Tasks (60%)

  • Maintain invoice accounts and coordinate monthly transfers to accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and submit reports to authorities (Tax Department, Social Insurance, Statistics Department).
  • Manage all accounting tasks: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL).
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements

  • Degree in Admin & Accounting or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese (verbal and written) and basic English.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Agile, careful, honest, responsible, and self-disciplined.
