This position is designed for individuals with a strong technical foundation in chemistry who are eager to drive growth in the adhesives industry. Whether you are a fresh graduate or have a few years of experience, you will leverage your technical expertise to advise B2B customers and act as the crucial link between our advanced adhesive products and customer manufacturing needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify new industrial customers and research market opportunities to drive business growth.
- Lead or support the full sales process, including product introductions and commercial negotiations.
- Manage product sample requests and prepare detailed introductory sales and technical documents.
- Visit customer factories to conduct on-site product testing and diagnose application issues.
- Record and document technical testing data and customer feedback for the R&D team to support formula improvements.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system and track key sales performance metrics.
- Prepare clear daily and weekly reports on field visits, testing results, and sales activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Polymer, Materials Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates or candidates with 12 years of experience in technical sales/application.
- Must be proactive, highly responsible, and possess a strong commercial mindset.
- Ability to read and understand English technical documents.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ready for frequent travel and business trips to visit customer manufacturing sites.
