Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Ad Operations Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City. The role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing advertising operations, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and driving performance against client KPIs.
The ideal candidate will lead the AdOps team, manage complex campaigns, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, troubleshoot operational issues, and proactively recommend strategies to enhance overall advertising performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 35 Ad Operations specialists, ensuring high-quality campaign execution and delivery.
- Own and monitor team-level KPIs, including delivery, pacing, traffic quality, and operational accuracy.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign operations across programmatic platforms (primarily DV360), TikTok, Meta, and other relevant channels.
- Review and approve campaign setups, QA processes, and optimization strategies to ensure best practices are followed.
- Provide hands-on support for key or complex campaigns, including planning, setup, and optimization when necessary.
- Allocate workloads, manage priorities, and ensure SLA compliance across all projects.
- Identify and resolve delivery, pacing, tracking, and quality issues while guiding the team toward effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Planning, Account, Creative, and Tech/Data teams to ensure smooth cross-functional execution.
- Develop, refine, and enforce Ad Operations SOPs, checklists, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members; support performance reviews and hiring decisions.
- Communicate effectively with regional teams and platform partners in English.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in Ad Operations, Programmatic, or Digital Media Execution.
- Strong hands-on experience with DV360 and solid understanding of programmatic operations.
- Working experience with TikTok Ads and Meta (Facebook Ads).
- Experience leading or managing an AdOps team is required.
- Strong understanding of delivery KPIs, including pacing, frequency, viewability, IVT, and traffic quality.
- Prior experience with data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency for meetings and written communication with regional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of digital advertising trends and industry best practices is a plus.
