We are looking for an experienced Ad Monetization Specialist to drive revenue growth and optimize the monetization strategy for our mobile games. This role will play a key part in building scalable ad monetization systems, maximizing player lifetime value, and balancing revenue performance with a great player experience.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Game Design, Development, Product, and User Acquisition to design effective ad strategies from early game concepts to global scaling phases. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in IAA (In-App Advertising), mediation platforms, ad optimization, and data-driven decision making within the mobile gaming industry. This is an opportunity to directly impact game performance by shaping monetization strategies, experimenting with new ad solutions, optimizing ad revenue streams, and partnering with leading global ad networks.
Role Description
- Strategy Planning & Forecasting: Develop ad monetization strategies, LTV/ ARPDAU forecast models. Work closely with UA to build revenue projections and prepare monetization setups when traffic scaling
- Product & Ad Placement Optimization: Collaborate with Game Designers from the concept, testing to soft-launch phases to architect organic, non-intrusive ad placements (capping, pacing rules)
- Mediation & IAA Optimization: Design and manage geo-specific hybrid ad setups (Waterfall & In-App Bidding) on platforms (AppLovin MAX, Levelplay, Admob). Monitor and optimize ARPDAU, eCPM, Fill Rates.
- Follow & monitor quality of networks, suggest and make decision for best result
- A/B Testing Roadmap: Build and execute a structured, long-term experimentation pipeline for ad formats, placements, and ad network, using data-driven insights to validate hypotheses.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, explore new ad formats, update policies changes from ad network, mediation, platform,...
- Partner Management: Build and manage relationships with key global ad networks and DSPs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience, proven experience in Ads Monetization, Ad Operations, or a closely related role specifically within the Mobile Gaming industry.
- Platform Mastery: Deep, practical expertise in managing mediation platforms (AppLovin MAX, ironSource LevelPlay) and navigating the broader mobile ad tech ecosystem.
- Metric Literacy: Exceptional understanding of core mobile gaming and monetization KPIs, including eCPM, ARPDAU, LTV, ROAS, ROI, and Retention curves.
