About the Role
Reports to: Team Head of Actuarial Pricing
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Function: Finance & Actuary I Department: Actuary

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for Actuarial Pricing, Lead who leads the whole pricing and technical support workstreams according to the regulation and internal standards/policies of AIA Vietnam in order to achieve targeted profitability.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Pricing
- Lead the pricing workstream for all new products through the following stages: Ideation - Development - Filing - Implementation.
- Coordinate feasible solutions to new product issues/challenges together with Proposition and align stakeholders on the optimal choice.
Product Technical Support
- Lead the technical support workstream including the following:
- Provide actuarial calculation related to premium/CSV/AV of all in-force products to Customer Office upon request.
- Participate in completing Day 2 Product Implementation Items (Day 2 Items) and other ad-hoc product changes.
- Coordinate feasible solutions to implementation issues/challenges of existing products together with Proposition and align stakeholders on the optimal choice.
Efficiency/Control
- Optimizing the efficiency and control in all new business processes through process enhancement/standardization, policy setting, and automation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- 5-7 years experience in actuarial position, with at least3-5 years experience in pricingposition.
- Intermediate knowledge of Prophet.
- Experience working with Microsoft packages.
- Strategic and business mindset
- Negotiation and influencing skills, team player, organized and punctual.
- English fluency is necessary for this position.
