Accounts Receivable Associate

We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Account Receivable team in Vietnam, to be the key person on invoice issuance and liaising with the clients in order to ensure payment is collected in a timely manner.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare, review, and issue invoices with a high degree of accuracy
• Manage AR collections and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile accounts receivable balances, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Monitor AR aging reports and flag risks proactively.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth billing and payment processes.
• Provide regular updates on payment status, risks, and client escalations to the AR Manager.
• Suggest and support improvements to AR processes, tools, and reporting for greater efficiency.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Finance Operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Familiar with Netsuite or similar tools
• Clear and professional communication skills in English, both internally and with external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and show initiative in solving problems.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes.
