As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable, multi-talented General Accountant to join our work family.
Your Main Tasks
- Daily Accounting: Handle all daily accounting tasks using MISA software, following Vietnamese accounting rules (VAS).
- Financial Reports: Make clear monthly reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for the management team.
- Cash Management: Track the company's cash flow (money in / money out), allocate costs correctly, and double-check all payments before releasing funds.
- Payroll & Insurance: Support the HR team to check employee salaries and mandatory state insurances (BHXH, BHYT).
What We Are Looking For
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: At least 1 years of experience working as a General Accountant.
- Knowledge: You understand Vietnamese tax laws and accounting standards (VAS) very well.
- Skills: You are good at using Excel
- Language: Basic working English. You can read documents, write emails, and report to a foreign manager comfortably.
- Bonus point: Experience in Retail, F&B, FMCG, or Trading companies is an advantage.
